Hello, I am
Miguel Angel Sillero
Are you ready to transform your organization to the information age?...

My name is Miguel Ángel Sillero, at the present time I am investigator and CXIO, Chief Experience & Innovation/Information Officer. I have adopted the term CXIO not yet existing nowadays, because I believe it represents the fusion of the missions I am dedicated to, by grouping the Innovation and user experience within organisations. I am performing this as a hacker, experiencing from the inside as a normal user, and evaluating the present or future adoption of innovation and technology that brings together people and organisations.
My mission with the different teams I am working with, could be summed up in one sentence:
“approach and enhance the end-user of organizations
to be an active part of the ones “
It might seem obvious, but believe me, most organisations once analyzed are far from doing “what they think they are doing or should do,” missing opportunities at a time in which the coopetition is needed more than ever, not only between equals, which is how it has been working in recent years; organisation vs. organisation, but between organisation vs. user because actually users are those who give the real meaning and existence of organisations.
Since current agile methodologies like LEAN, SCRUM, Canvas etc. were born, I am working to create one unified method that applies to the functionality of the user and not the organisation. This methodology it is called INDYCO (Index for Dynamic Communities) it is based on 5 pillars, using the own methodology Indyco i5:
All these factors together, directly affect the improvement of Engagement, the main added value in those organisations who are focused on the user.
As you can imagine, all data for these improvements are due to the Information and Communication Technologies, in a very special way to Internet and what involves that each user can carry in his pocket a connection to “everything”, only through his mobile phone.
In the next 20 years, the world is going to change more than in the previous 2000,
Are you ready?
